Policy Types

Expiration Alerts
Automatic alerts fire at three intervals before any policy expires:

Warning
Expired policies will flag affected trucks as non-compliant and block dispatch until renewed.
Claims Tracking
Track claims through their lifecycle: Open → In Review → Approved → Denied → Settled. Each claim links to the associated truck, driver, and load.
Premium Tracking
Track per-truck premium costs over time to identify trends and optimize coverage at renewal.
Certificate of Insurance
Generate COI documents on demand for brokers and shippers. COIs are auto-populated with your current policy details and can be emailed directly from the platform.
