Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rig Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Rig Terminal only for lawful fleet management purposes. You may not use the platform to conduct fraudulent transactions, circumvent compliance requirements, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Financial Services
Banking services are provided by Unit.co (Member FDIC). Fleet cards are issued by Highnote. These services are subject to additional terms from each provider. Rig Terminal is not a bank and does not provide investment advice.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We are granted a license to use your data solely to operate and improve the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Rig Terminal is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted unless you request an export.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
