Overview
The Carrier Portal gives your fleet access to direct shipper loads posted through the Shipper Marketplace. Browse, bid, and book — all without a broker.
Load Board
View all publicly posted loads from verified shippers. Filter by origin, destination, equipment type, weight, and rate. Each load shows the shipper's verification status and historical reliability rating.
Placing Bids
Submit your rate with optional notes (equipment details, availability, special capabilities). Set an auto-accept threshold to automatically win bids that meet your criteria.
Bid Management
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your bid is under review by the shipper |
| Accepted | Shipper accepted — load is booked to your fleet |
| Countered | Shipper sent a counter-offer for you to review |
| Rejected | Shipper declined your bid |
| Expired | Bid window closed without action |
| Withdrawn | You withdrew your bid |
Carrier Dashboard
Track your bidding stats: bids submitted, win rate, average rate per mile, and revenue from direct shipper loads vs. brokered loads.
