What plan is right for me?

Fleet Owners pay $249/mo for the full desktop + mobile platform, including banking, payroll, cards, dispatch, compliance, and operations tools. Dispatchers also pay $249/mo for desktop + mobile access focused on dispatch workflows, load management, AI tools, and multi-carrier coordination. Owner-Operators pay $99/mo for mobile-only access with ELD, app access, and the load board on their phone.

Which plans include desktop access?

Fleet Owner and Dispatcher plans include desktop + mobile access. The Owner-Operator plan is mobile only and does not include desktop access.

Is the ELD included, or priced separately?

Accepted Answer

Fleet Owner and Dispatcher plans pay $49/month per ELD device as an add-on. Dispatchers who provide ELDs to their owner-operators pay the same $49/month per device. The Owner-Operator plan ($99/mo) includes ELD at no additional cost. Hardware is sold separately — or carriers switching from a competitor can pay for the hardware up front and we credit the cost back as ELD subscription credits.

Does the Fleet Owner plan include banking?

Yes. The Fleet Owner plan includes an FDIC-insured business checking account, fleet fuel and maintenance cards with real-time spend controls, and same-day ACH for payroll. Dispatchers and Owner-Operators do not receive the banking suite.

How does factoring work?

Once a load is delivered and documented, eligible Fleet Owner accounts can submit it through the terminal. Funds are deposited into your Rig Terminal checking account within 24 hours. No long-term contracts and no minimums — factor only the loads you want.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If an Owner-Operator grows into a fleet or a Dispatcher starts operating trucks directly, the account can be upgraded later. Your data carries over and access expands based on the new role.

How long does setup take?

Most fleets are fully operational within 24 hours. Our onboarding team helps you connect ELD devices, import your fleet, set up your checking account, and configure payroll.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Both plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no long-term commitments.

Is my financial data secure?
