    Connect ELD Devices

Rig Terminal supports Rig (built-in), Motive, Samsara, KeepTruckin, and Geotab. Navigate to Settings → Integrations to connect your provider.

3. Set Up Banking

Rig Terminal includes an FDIC-insured business checking account powered by Unit.co. During onboarding, you'll complete a KYC verification that typically takes under 5 minutes.

You can also link existing external bank accounts via Plaid for transfers and consolidated views.

4. Connect Accounting

Optionally connect QuickBooks Online or Xero to automatically sync revenue, expenses, and payroll data. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Accounting.

5. Dispatch Your First Load

  1. 1

    Search for Loads

Open the Dispatch Board and search across DAT, Truckstop, and direct shipper loads simultaneously.
  2. 2

    Review AI Score

Each load receives an AI score (0-100) based on rate per mile, deadhead, lane history, and equipment match.
  3. 3

    Book and Assign

Book the load, assign a driver and truck, and track it through the full lifecycle from pickup to delivery.

6. Run Payroll

Once loads are delivered, navigate to Finance → Payroll. Driver pay is automatically calculated based on the pay type you configured. Review settlements, then run direct deposit with one click.

Info

Payroll runs on same-day ACH. Drivers receive funds the same business day.
