Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, fleet data), information from your use of the platform (GPS data, transaction data, HOS logs), and information from third-party integrations you connect (ELD providers, accounting software, banking partners).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve the platform, process transactions, provide customer support, monitor compliance, generate reports, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Checking accounts are FDIC-insured. We maintain automated backups with point-in-time recovery.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for banking (Unit.co), card issuance (Highnote), payment processing (Stripe), bank linking (Plaid), voice services (Twilio), and error monitoring (Sentry). Each provider maintains their own privacy policies and security certifications.
Data Retention
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. GPS and HOS data is retained for 90 days (Solo) or indefinitely (Fleet/Dispatch). After account cancellation, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
Your Rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through Settings or by contacting support. We respond to data requests within 30 days.
