Contact Directory

The CRM provides a unified directory for all business contacts. Each contact record includes company name, contact person, phone, email, tags, pipeline stage, and lifetime revenue. Filter by contact type, tag, pipeline stage, or search by name.

Activity Timeline

Log calls, emails, meetings, and notes against any contact. Each activity is timestamped and attributed to the user who created it. The timeline shows all interactions in reverse chronological order.

Deal Pipeline

Manage deals through a visual pipeline board. Drag deals between stages to track progress. Each deal tracks the contact, expected revenue, probability, expected close date, and assigned team member.

Follow-Up Scheduling

Schedule follow-up reminders on any contact or deal. Reminders appear in your notification feed and can be configured to send email or push notifications. Overdue follow-ups are highlighted in the CRM dashboard.

Revenue Analytics

Track lifetime revenue, average rate per mile, load count, and payment history per contact. Revenue metrics update automatically as loads are delivered and invoiced. Use these metrics to identify your highest-value relationships and prioritize outreach.
